My Story
I'm a 22-year-old student, and my family has always moved around, courtesy of my dad's job. This has given me the chance to visit lots of different places and meet people from all over.
My love for food started back in elementary school when my friends would bring tiffin boxes filled with delicious dishes from their homes. They'd mix recipes from their regions with other cultures, creating something new and exciting. But the real magic of cooking, I learned from my Bengali family, for they are known to be the greatest foodies. It's within this cultural embrace that my elder sister shines as my greatest culinary inspiration, creating the most delicious food with the fanciest of names from around the world, and our dad- who encouraged her by finding authentic ingredients from everywhere possible. Food is a language of love which teaches us how to share and how to care.
I cannot wait to try out more, this world and the people who reside in this world have so much to offer. I hope you will enjoy this little journey of mine where I'll try my best to journal every exciting culinary expedition I set my foot upon !
